Overview:
With more than 80 years of experience in the assessment field, Pearson’s Clinical Assessment group offers innovative and comprehensive products and services to meet varied customers’ needs.
Serving approximately 300,000 professionals in the US with assessments for psychologists, speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other related fields. Strict security is maintained for content of clinical products and customers must submit proof of qualification prior to purchase for many of our products.
My role:
As Senior Visual Designer, designed and maintained the the overall look and feel for pearsonassessments.com, including the design system and and all page templates. Marketing thought leadership pages were built in Adobe Experience Manager, while the shopping experience was built in Hybris.
As Senior UX designer, I led the continuous improvement process — improving the usability of the overall shopping experience, the qualification process for customers, order history and order tracking.

Pearson Assessment product lines can contain a lines contain a tremendous amount of kits, reports and support materials. Format cards , filters and facets were introduced to allow Pearson Assessments customers to easily find the items they need.
